Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for personalized and custom signs. However, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied. If there are any issues with your product, please message us within 5 business days of delivery of your order. We would be more than happy to fix any mistakes and/ or exchange your sign.

Cancellations or refunds might be available for non-custom orders. A request must be received within 24 hours after purchase. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom Orders
  • Personalized Orders
